The staff greeted us with warmth, and the private boat ride was a great touch. The kids had a blast with available beach toys.
My kids wished for a quieter room at night, as the noise from neighboring TVs disrupted their sleep sometimes.

Impressive and fairly clean hotel with extremely polite staff and particularly good views of the beach. Fresh food for breakfast at the patio. Great location, easy walk to Sapsapon Cave, appreciated this place. A lot of food options not too far from the venue.

The staff excelled in making our stay enjoyable. They were attentive, we always had water and towels handy. The pool view from our Premier Room added a lovely touch to our vacation.
The overall dining experience was great, but breakfast items ran out too quickly.
